Tasks

We are looking for a Head of People Operations to help us grow and develop our current team in Germany. You’ll report directly to the Management Team and have the back-up of one People Team member.

The role is particularly suitable for HR professionals with experience in talent acquisition, talent management and talent development. You should be excited about driving change in the e-Health sector and in bringing our company to the next level by ensuring an excellent employee experience and support the management team in a fast-paced, growth environment.

We need YOU to play a key role in delivering on our mission. We need someone who can get involved in the day-to-day operations as well as create and deliver a compelling People & Culture vision and strategy for the longer-term.

You will lead strategic people projects particularly in the area of talent management and -development, ensure we hire the right talents and establish learning and development plans. You should have a natural mentoring style and will be comfortable training managers and employees on a range of soft skills.

You will

Design and lead engagement initiatives that champion a high-performance culture, which supports our mission and business objectives (feedback process, benefits & compensation strategy) Put in place high-impact and cost-effective solutions to develop internal talent Ensure an optimal employee experience at every touchpoint in the life-cycle Establish strong and ambitious operations together with your team and ensure a smooth operating process for all HR Admin activities Coach and guide our team leads and hiring managers to reach their full potential and become great leaders for their teams Requirements

At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in HR Operations with a focus on recruiting and talent management Work experience in a digital and/or tech-focused business is a big plus A successfully completed degree in business administration, law, psychology or social sciences – with a focus on human resources You speak German on a native level and you have excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken You have expert knowledge of HR topics such as German labour law, HR compliance, HR Processes and HR Information Systems You have strong experience developing a People function in a scale-up, fast-growth business-experience in the healthcare or insurance indus
