Job Category Employee Success Group Job Details This is a Part-time role (20 hours or greater) We are seeking an Employee Success (aka HR) Business Partner to provide a full range of HR business support to dedicated Business Units in the EMEA Central region .

In a partnership capacity, this individual will work closely with the functional Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) team to help educate, advise and influence client groups on issues including, but not limited to, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, manager development and coaching, compensation planning, organizational development and change management.
The ideal candidate is interested in making a significant impact in a critical international growth region, excelling in a fast paced iterative environment and is looking to work with a strong ES Business Partner team.

Although the role is EMEA Central focused, programmatic support will be given to named Country and EMEA Central level executives.

Responsibilities Partner with ESBP teams to work closely with client executives, managers and employees to understand business needs and objectives, develop strategies and implement solutions to address needs. Partner with ESBP teams on high impact initiatives: talent assessment, high-potential development, succession planning, manager development, and employee engagement and retention. Manage autonomously employee relations cases based on country specific laws, company specifics/policies, culture, etc. Ongoing analysis of the client group. Monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition and turnover, etc. Partner with ESBP team to establish recommendations for improvement or enhancements based on analysis. Deliver seamless client support by partnering with HR corporate functions and COEs and leveraging HR programs, policies, processes and systems.

Requirements and Key Skills Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups. Having worked closely with client executives, managers and employees to handle a variety of issues and tasks, including organization design and change, transfers, promotions, performance issues and terminations. Demonstrated ability to support major initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environment. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator. Ability to conduct group facilitation and to coach and counsel managers at all levels. Ability to partner with COEs to design, build and implement programs and processes to support business needs. Knowledge of German and Switzerland employment law. Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices.

Requirements: Education & Experience 5+ years HRBP experience preferably within a high-growth US-technology organization. Experience providing HR business partner support to organizations of 500+ employees Exceptional customer service skills, including the desire to make others successful. Exceptional problem solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning. Results-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Demonstrated subject matter expertise in two or more functional areas within HR. Fluent German and English language skills.
